Oh man. I think I'd really like to tentatively toss my hat in the ring for this. I need more information first, though. (Just the practical stuff, when, where, how, etc.)

I figured I'd go ahead and ask how much should it cost to have someone draw enemy designs?
Judging not just from this but from several other threads, Mr. Magoo is obviously not long for this world unless his attitude changes. Alas. Aremen.
Also not knowing (or being willing to research) how to take a screenshot properly (hint: use the print screen button) is what we in the business might call an ill omen.
Not that it is necessary and it feels a bit like dogpiling but: yes, the floating RTP characters and their clearly visible shadows do not look very good superimposed on that lovely photo of catacombs. Nice photo, though.

I've seen this before. This is pithy, it's amusing, and in some limited situations it might even contain good advice. That said it comes from a privileged perspective that feels totally disengaged from the realities for the real world. Very often in today's world avoiding any work that feels exploitative will mean avoiding getting any work, full stop. I guess what I'm saying is, this is overly idealistic to the point of being actually bad advice for most young creatives most of the time. I say this as someone with tons of experience on both sides of the freelancer/contractor relationship. That said I'm hoping to make this comment a la carte and not get drawn into a longer OT discussion of this.

Kory: EB can't release some of these resources because some of these resources I'm looking for are rips (as kentona points out). Other than that everyone feel free to grab this stuff just credit the creator(s) where possible.

Ok so now that that's out of my system I'd like to shake the angry fist of ARGLEBARGLE at the duplicated effort going on here. That's THREE PEOPLE now (not counting Craze) who've independently produced full conversions of the 2k3 RTP, with only sketchy partial coverage of Theodore and REFMAP chipsets and no converted rips at all. >:(

Edit2:: To go along with my complaining above, I found a lot of FF6 Rips for VX Ace by nemojbatkastle and imported them to the OP from the Resource Museum thread. Nemojbatkastle says that the FF6 rips are a pain in the ass to map with and I don't doubt that he's right.
Still, I'd love to see more of them along with rips from other games and more Theodore resized for VX ACE. (I would ask for more REFMAP but then I remembered that 'REFMAP FOR VX' is already a thing that is fully available and I have made games with it years ago etcetera.)

FFXV looks VERY interesting to me, more from that shorter trailer than anything else I've seen.
